《申论》作为国家公务员考试科目之一,各高校为拓展学生就业渠道,提升学生考试应对能力及技巧,开设《申论》、《行政能力测试》等课程。但在具体的教学实践中,无统一规范教材、无系统的理论知识体系、注重应试技巧忽视理论教学等问题影响着正常的教学工作。本文试图从《申论》教学实践为切入点,从明确教学意义、课程体系等方面入手,重点解决应试性课程在教学中存在的问题。
As one of the national civil service examination subjects, colleges and universities offer courses such as “Application of Competencies” and “Administrative Ability Test” in order to expand students’ employment channels and enhance the ability and skills of examinations for students. However, in the specific teaching practice, there is no unified normative textbook, no systematic theoretical knowledge system, and attention-taking skills neglect theoretical teaching and other issues affect the normal teaching work. This article attempts to start from the “Shen Shen” teaching practice as an entry point, starting from the clear teaching significance, curriculum system and other aspects, and focus on resolving the existing problems in the test-oriented curriculum.
