对服用雷公藤糖浆患者的69份精液标本和2例睾丸活检组织进行了光镜和透射电镜形态学观察。结果显示:服药15日以上者,其精液中可见大量脱落的精子细胞和精母细胞,这些细胞均有明显的超微病理变化。皋丸曲细精管中精子细胞和精母细胞脱落至净,支持细胞的紧密连接有超微病理变化,但是,精原细胞未见形态学异常。提示雷公藤的“毒性”物质可能主要作用于睾丸曲细精管连腔小室内的生殖细胞。该结果为服用雷公藤可影响精子发生,停用雷公藤后精液常规能恢复正常提供了形态学依据。
Sixty-six semen samples and two testicular biopsies from patients taking the triptolide were observed under light and transmission electron microscopes. The results showed that: After taking the drug for more than 15 days, a large number of sperm cells and spermatocytes were seen in the semen, and all of these cells had obvious pathological changes. The sperm cells and spermatocytes in the seminiferous seminiferous tubules were shed to the net, and the tight junctions of the supporting cells had ultrastructural pathological changes. However, no morphological abnormalities were observed in the spermatogonia. It is suggested that the “toxic” substance of Tripterygium wilfordii may act mainly on the germ cells of the testicular seminiferous tubules in the commissure chamber. The results showed that the administration of Tripterygium wilfordii can affect spermatogenesis, and the morphological basis was provided for the normal return of semen after the suspension of Tripterygium wilfordii.
