2012年以来,自治区地矿局党委以“基层组织建设年”为契机,按照抓党建就是管思想、把方向、聚合力、促地勘的思路,以项目部标准化建设为载体,找准党建与地勘的结合点,不断深化“基层组织建设年”活动,确保党建工作广覆盖,实现了围绕地勘抓党建,抓好党建促地勘,依托地勘保发展的目标。一、推进组织建设广覆盖,不断增强党的凝聚力战斗力自治区地矿局共有67个地勘项目部、900多名党员常年奋战在野外一线、戈壁荒漠。局党委针对这一实 Since 2012, the local party committee of the Bureau of Geology and Minerals has taken the opportunity of “Year of Organization Building for Grassroots Units” as its guideline, guided by the idea that party building is the management philosophy, and the direction of cohesion and geology exploration, with the standardization of project department as the carrier.
