在全球化的背景下,国家间的产业价值链逐渐形成.因而,在测算绿地投资等跨国直接投资行为的经济影响时,仅考察宏观的影响是远远不够的,而更需要从产业链层面进行分析.本文试图通过产业之间的投入产出联系,研究行业冲击对各部门的影响.由于目标地区(以上海浦东为例)缺乏投入产出数据,因此采用了合成控制法模拟目标地区的投入产出表,并进行双边贸易增加值的分解.特斯拉进入上海浦东临港的案例模拟表明,首先,汽车行业、批发零售业、金属制品业等部门受影响最大,应增加扶持力度.第二,特斯拉的进入对进口的影响较大,这说明浦东的相关产业链并不完善,缺乏核心技术.此外,价值链分析进一步发现,浦东在全球汽车行业生产链中处于下游位置.
