本文报告了测定耵聍中有机氯农药及脂肪含量的微量方法。样品用量约10毫克。回收试验结果也较满意。正常人β-666/总666及pp’-DDE/总DDT比值%变动不大。耵聍中666各异构体含量顺序为β>α>γ>δ;DDT类则为pp’-DDE>pp’DDT;很少检出op’-DDT及pp’-DDD.耵聍和体脂中的β-666及pp’-DDE含量有非常显著的相关.耵聍可作为监测机体受有机氯农药污染程度的材料.
In this paper, a trace method for the determination of organochlorine pesticides and lipids in 耵 聍 was reported. Sample dosage of about 10 mg. Recycling test results are also more satisfactory. Normal people β-666 / total 666 and pp’-DDE / total DDT% change little. The order of 666 isomers is β> α> γ> δ, while that of DDT is pp’-DDE> pp’DDT. It is rare to detect op’-DDT and pp’-DDD. There was a very significant correlation between β-666 and pp’-DDE content in the fat.Gold can be used as a material to monitor the extent of organochlorine pesticide contamination in the body.
