我厂五吨模锻锤是太原重型机器厂1960年的产品,图1所示为该产品结构。两立柱8之间依靠前、后两根套管1隔开,并且用两根又长又大的螺栓2拉紧。但在使用中由于导轨5和锤头4的磨损,使它们之间的间隙增大,保证不了锻件的精度。这时只能靠调整导轨楔铁6来保证合适的间隙。但当导轨调整不灵活时,就无法生产。有一段时间,我们曾经将套管1取消,用打紧立柱楔铁7的办法调整一个合适的间隙。但是这样却产生了立柱8将锤头4夹死的现象,致使不能进行正常生产。同时螺栓2上的螺母9更是无法锁紧,一震就松。由于这些问题不能很好地解决,使得我厂五吨模锻锤安装以来,一直不够正常,产品质量得不到
