近年来随着科技的快速发展,我国工业也逐渐向着自动化、智能化的方向转变,而PLC就是实现工业自动化的重要途径。将PLC应用到车间机床上,通过预先编译好的程序对刀具的运行轨迹进行严格的控制,以完成零件自动化的生产加工,能够有效避免因人工操作引发的失误和安全隐患,显著提高生产效率和生产质量。因此研究PLC的特点和工作原理,对于完善PLC的控制性能,扩展PLC的应用领域有着重要的意义。
