何×,女,11岁(住院号27014),1981年2月26日入院。8年前,患儿家长发现其左眼内白斑点,当地医院诊断为“白内障”。4年后左眼失明,原病变部位有出血,曾按“眼外伤”医治,无效,、眼球逐渐外突。查体,体质消瘦,营养不良。左眶新生儿头大肿物,红褐色,菜花状,恶臭,蒂长4cm,扁平,宽2.5cm。1981年3月12日行左眶内容切除术。大体标本,肿物由眼球内穿破巩膜,向外生长,10×7×4.5cm~3,表面污秽,蒂4××2cm~3,眼球结构尚存,切面实性,淡黄、灰白,
