1975年在榆树县开门办学中,曾抢救一起病死牛肉中毒100余人,为吸取经验教训,现将其中记录完整者70例,加以临床分析报导。 发生经过 榆树县某生产队予1975年春开始先后病死耕马五匹,社员称为“倒圈”,死后均埋掉。后来耕牛一头患病,腹胀,拒食多日,于5月20日晨死亡。死亡立即宰杀,发现胃内有铁钉数个,因而误认为铁钉致死,遂将牛肉和内脏近200斤,分发给该大队四个生产队32户,每户各得5—10斤不等。据不全统计约206人食用该牛肉和内脏,于食后20
