作者对4例视网膜动脉阻塞病人,使用了高压氧疗法。治疗期间所有病人都收入院。根据病情每天作高压氧1—2次,每次暴露在2—3个大气压下两小时。每例在各次治疗前后皆进行眼部全面检查及电生理试验,(视网膜电流图ERG、和眼电图EOG)并作了数次荧光素血管造影。第一例,12岁女孩,发现右眼视物不清,当即住院。视力为0.1,视野除鼻下象限外,其余象限均明显缩小。眼底呈现视网膜中央动脉下枝阻塞,经2天常规治疗无效。第三天用高压氧治疗,治疗前ERG电位振幅(amplitude of oscillatory potential)轻度降低,EOG基值(base value)明显减少,仅作了一次治疗ERG与EOG
The authors used hyperbaric oxygen therapy in 4 patients with retinal artery occlusion. All patients were admitted to the hospital during the treatment. According to the condition of hyperbaric oxygen 1-2 times a day, each time exposed to 2-3 atmospheric pressure for two hours. A complete eye examination and electrophysiological tests were performed in each case before and after each treatment (retinal ERG and EOG) and fluorescein angiography was performed several times. The first case, a 12-year-old girl, found that the right eye was ill and was hospitalized immediately. Vision was 0.1, except for the nasal quadrants, the remaining quadrants were significantly reduced. Retinal central retinal artery occlusion of the inferior branch of the eye, after 2 days of conventional treatment ineffective. The third day of treatment with hyperbaric oxygen, before treatment ERG potential amplitude (amplitude of oscillatory potential) decreased slightly, EOG base value (base value) was significantly reduced, only for a treatment ERG and EOG
