在宫颈病变发生、发展的过程中,DNA甲基化水平发生一系列改变。以往的研究多是基于宫颈组织的,而近来检测宫颈脱落细胞甲基化的研究越来越多。与宫颈组织相比,用宫颈脱落细胞作为研究对象进行检测安全无创,更方便临床应用,可能成为筛查、诊断宫颈病变和判断宫颈病变预后的有利工具。讨论研究较多的宫颈脱落细胞中基因的甲基化水平与宫颈病变等级的关系及其临床应用。
In the occurrence and development of cervical lesions, a series of changes have taken place in the level of DNA methylation. The previous studies are mostly based on cervical tissue, and more recently, detection of cervical exfoliated cells methylation more and more. Compared with cervical tissue, the detection of cervical exfoliated cells as a safe and noninvasive, more convenient clinical application, may become a useful tool for screening, diagnosis of cervical lesions and prognosis of cervical lesions. To discuss the relationship between methylation level of cervical exfoliated cells and cervical lesions and its clinical application.
