通过对通州区中小型企业劳动者职业卫生知识知晓情况的调查,了解该区中小型企业职业卫生工作开展情况,为今后开展职业卫生健康教育服务提供依据,我们对352名劳动者进行问卷调查,收集资料后进行统计学分析。结果显示,该区中小型企业职业劳动者《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》知晓率不高,职业卫生基础知识了解较少,多不能正确使用个人防护用品;接受过职业卫生培训的劳动者比未接受过的劳动者,其职业卫生知识知晓率高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(Ρ<0.01)。提示,通州区中小型企业劳动者对职业卫生知识认识普遍不高,应加强对该区中小型企业职业病防治工作的监管,尤其是用人单位对劳动者的职业卫生培训工作。
Through the investigation of occupational health knowledge of workers in small and medium-sized enterprises in Tongzhou District, we can understand the situation of occupational health work in small and medium-sized enterprises in this area and provide the basis for future occupational health education services. Supervision and control of occupational disease prevention and control in small and medium-sized enterprises in the area should be strengthened, especially occupational health training for laborers by employers.
