我国正处于经济转型的重要时期,各类经济、政治机制体制改革不断深入,若组织结构改革跟不上时代的进步,则会造成组织中的矛盾和摩擦增多。组织冲突对组织的管理效率有着不可忽视的影响,对组织冲突的处理不当,会直接影响组织目标的实现,威胁组织的生存与发展。本文对组织冲突产生的根源作了一些研究,根据冲突产生的原因和冲突性质对组织冲突进行了分类,提出了一些应对措施,希望能够帮助组织管理者对组织冲突有更深刻的认识,运用合理的管理策略将破坏性冲突转变为建设性冲突,以促进组织的健康运行。
Our country is in an important period of economic restructuring. Institutional reforms in various economic and political mechanisms have been deepened. If organizational structure reform can not keep up with the progress of the times, the contradictions and frictions in the organizations will increase. Organizational conflicts can not neglect the management efficiency of the organization. Handling the organizational conflicts improperly will directly affect the realization of organizational goals and threaten the survival and development of the organization. This article makes some researches on the root causes of organizational conflicts, classifies the organizational conflicts according to the causes and the nature of the conflicts, and puts forward some countermeasures, hoping to help the organizational managers to have a deeper understanding of the organizational conflicts and to use reasonable The management strategy transforms destructive conflicts into constructive conflicts to promote the healthy operation of the organization.
