凤阳县小岗村葡萄合作社作为我国农业生产合作社的标兵,在现阶段的发展过程中由于在科学技术、销售模式等方面的限制无法实现长足发展。虽然小岗葡萄文化节促进了小岗葡萄的销售及品牌效应,但过多的中间环节挤占了原本就稀薄的利润。而旅游协会作为市场经济发展的产物,是适应市场经济需要的,它既为政府宏观调控服务,又为企业和市场服务。本文将以合作社这一时代发展的产物与旅游协会这一经济发展的产物相结合为基点,通过对小岗葡萄合作社的现状及存在问题,旅游协会对合作社的积极影响等方面的探析,系统阐述这一发展模式所带来的高效益,并提出相关创新方案和政策建议。
Fengyang County Xiaogangcun grapes cooperatives as agricultural cooperatives in China’s pacesetter in the current stage of development due to science and technology, sales model and other restrictions can not be achieved by leaps and bounds. Although Xiaogang Grape Culture Festival promoted Xiaogang grape sales and brand effect, but too many intermediate links squeeze the already thin profits. As a product of the development of the market economy, the tourism association is adapted to the needs of the market economy. It serves both the macro-control of the government and the enterprises and markets. Based on the combination of the product of the development of cooperatives in this era and the product of economic development of tourism association, this paper systematically elaborates the current situation and existing problems of Xiaogang grapes cooperatives and the positive influence of tourism associations on cooperatives This development model brings the high efficiency, and put forward relevant innovation programs and policy recommendations.
