目的研究青少年血清瘦素与机体组成、能量代谢之间的关系。方法对81名正常体重的青少年(男41名,女40名)采用放射免疫法测定其血清瘦素,采用统一标准方法测量身高、体重、肱三头肌和肩胛下角皮褶厚度,计算体质指数(BMI)、体脂百分比(%BF)、脂肪组织(FM)、去脂组织(FFM)等指标;用间接开放式测热法测定其基础代谢,并采用3d膳食登记结合称重法计算全天能量摄入量。结果青春期男性血清瘦素水平与体脂百分比(%BF)、脂肪组织(FM)呈正相关且与去脂组织(FFM)呈负相关(P<0.05),与基础代谢、能量摄入量无相关性(P>0.05);青春期女性血清瘦素水平与BMI、%BF、FM呈正相关且与FFM、基础代谢呈负相关(P<0.05),与能量摄入量无相关性(P>0.05)。结论瘦素是衡量机体脂肪含量的重要信号,瘦素可能通过影响基础代谢来调节青春期女性的能量平衡。
Objective To study the relationship between serum leptin and body composition and energy metabolism in adolescents. Methods Serum leptin levels were measured in 81 normal-weight adolescents (41 males and 40 females) by radioimmunoassay. Height, weight, triceps brachii and subscapular skinfold thickness were measured by a uniform standard method. Body mass index (BMI), percentage of body fat (% BF), adipose tissue (FM) and degreased tissue (FFM) were measured. The basal metabolism was measured by indirect open calorimetry. Daily energy intake. Results The level of serum leptin in adolescent males was positively correlated with percentage of body fat (% BF), adipose tissue (FM) and negatively correlated with FFM (P <0.05), but not with basal metabolism and energy intake (P> 0.05). Serum leptin levels were positively correlated with BMI,% BF and FM in adolescent women and negatively correlated with FFM and basal metabolism (P <0.05), but not with energy intake (P> 0.05) . Conclusion Leptin is an important signal to measure the body fat content. Leptin may regulate the energy balance of adolescent women by affecting the basal metabolism.
