MGZ 45/39—Ⅰ型余热锅炉运行二年多来,较频繁地发生二烟室侧墙水冷壁管的破管事故,使余热电站不能连续安全运行。正确地分析水冷壁破管的原因,将有利于选择正确的改造途径,使余热锅炉能连续运行。
For more than two years since MGZ 45/39-Ⅰ waste heat boiler was operated, the pipe breaking accident of water wall tube on the side wall of the second smoke chamber occurred more frequently, so that the residual heat power plant could not run continuously and safely. Correct analysis of the reasons for the broken wall of the water wall will help to choose the correct way to transform so that the waste heat boiler can be continuous operation.
