经济的发展和社会的进步给事业单位的管理提出了更高的要求,加强事业单位项目预算绩效管理能有效提高财政资金的利用率,实现合理性预算支出,不仅能够确保事业单位各项工作有序开展,还对完善我国的财政体制发挥出不小的作用。本文首先对事业单位项目预算绩效管理进行了概述,其次提出了加强事业单位项目预算绩效管理的重要意义,再次指出了目前事业单位项目预算绩效管理中存在的问题,最后提出了加强事业单位预算绩效管理的有效对策。
