我院1983年以来采用各种显带技术处理487例外周血淋巴细胞培养的染色体标本。现分析如下。对象和方法本组男性265人,女性222人,以儿童和中青年为主。受检对象:智能低下,发育迟缓或畸形,习惯性流产,死胎、死产,生过畸形儿的双亲,原发闭经,不育,性征异常,血液病和染色体异常的家族成员等。方法:除常规计数和G显带核型分析外,必要时辅加C带,Q带,高分辨,NOR-Ag,X小体,Y荧光小体,每例计数和核型分析20~25个。
Our hospital since 1983 using a variety of banding technology to deal with 487 cases of peripheral blood lymphocytes cultured chromosome specimens. Analysis is as follows. Objects and Methods The group of 265 men and 222 women, mainly children and young. Subjects: low intelligence, stunting or deformity, habitual abortion, stillbirth, stillbirth, parents of children with anomalies, primary amenorrhea, infertility, sexual abnormalities, blood diseases and chromosomal abnormalities in the family members. Methods: In addition to routine counting and G-band karyotype analysis, C-band, Q band, high resolution, NOR-Ag, X corpuscle, A
