以河南省建筑业十一年的数据为基础,借助于C-D生产函数法,对省建筑业经济增长的主要影响因素及其贡献率进行分析,结果表明:河南省建筑业经济增长主要靠投入要素推动,技术进步作用不明显,需要提高技术进步和劳动投入因素的影响。因此,一方面应转变建筑业发展方式,实现产业发展向依靠科技进步和管理创新转变;另一方面应积极推进建筑业产业结构升级。
Based on the data of eleven years’ construction industry in Henan Province, the author uses CD production function method to analyze the main influential factors and contribution rate of provincial construction industry’s economic growth. The results show that the economic growth of construction industry in Henan Province depends mainly on the input factors Promote the role of technological progress is not obvious, need to improve the technological progress and labor input factors. Therefore, on the one hand, the development mode of construction industry should be changed so that the development of industries depends on the progress of science and technology and the innovation of management innovation; on the other hand, the industrial structure of construction industry should be actively promoted.
