投掷标枪技术是田径运动中一个比较复杂的多轴性旋转项目,要求具有高度的速度力量、柔韧性以及大幅度协调用力的能力。要想使初学者迅速掌握标枪技术,尽快提高运动成绩,教练员必须给予恰如其分的指导。教练员要勤于动脑、善于观察,针对每次训练课的内容选择合理的观察位置,从不同的角度观察运动员所完成的每一个技术动作,从而掌握完成动作的情况,及时地发现和解决存在的问题,不断完善标枪技术,形成正确的动力定型,为今后提高运动成绩打下一个良好的基础。随着科学技术的发展,投掷标枪技术不断改进,投枪的技术也很不统一。通过多年来对标枪运动员训练的经验总结,简单阐述一些对初学者投掷标枪技术的观察指导方法,供从事标枪运动的教练员参考。
