目的对卷柏属植物卷柏Selaginella tamariscina调血脂有效成分进行分离和鉴定。方法利用DiaionHP-20、Toyopearl HW-40、硅胶柱等柱色谱技术进行分离纯化。根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构。结果聚酰胺柱80%乙醇部位分离得到12个化合物,目前鉴定出10个,分别为罗汉松双黄酮A(Ⅰ)、2,3-去氢阿曼托双黄酮(Ⅱ)、槲皮素(Ⅲ)、阿曼托双黄酮(Ⅳ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅴ)、十六烷酸(Ⅵ)、扁柏双黄酮(Ⅶ)、新柳杉双黄酮(Ⅷ)、芹菜素(Ⅸ)、木犀草素(Ⅹ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅲ、Ⅹ为首次从该种植物中分离得到。
Objective To isolate and identify the active ingredients of Selaginella tamariscina from Selaginella. Methods Separation and purification were performed using column chromatography techniques such as Diaion HP-20, Toyopearl HW-40 and silica gel column. The structure was identified based on the physicochemical properties and spectral data of the compound. RESULTS: Twelve compounds were isolated from the 80% ethanol fraction of the polyamide column and 10 compounds were identified. They were Podocarpa biflavonoids A (I), 2,3-dehydroamannato biflavonoids (II), and quercetin (III). ), AMANTO flavonoids (IV), β-sitosterol (V), hexadecanoic acid (VI), cypress flavonoids (VII), neritillar biflavonoids (VIII), apigenin (IX), luteolin Element (X). Conclusion Compounds I-III and X were isolated from this plant for the first time.
