运用实验法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等方法对河北科技师范学院2004级交谊舞选修班的学生进行交谊舞教学实验,分别于实验前后采用卡特尔人格因素测试量表对参加实验的学生进行了两次人格因素测查,以探讨交谊舞教学对大学生人格因素产生的积极影响。结果发现:被测学生的乐群性、稳定性、持强性、有恒性、自律性、紧张性等有显著性改善,表明交谊舞教学有助于大学生心理健康水平的提高。从社会学互动视角探讨了交谊舞教学对大学生人格因素产生影响的原因。
The experimental teaching, the questionnaire survey and the mathematical statistics method were used to conduct the ballroom dancing teaching experiment for students of the 2004 ballroom dance elective class in Hebei Normal University of Science and Technology. The students who participated in the experiment were tested using the Carter personality test scale before and after the experiment Two personality factor tests to explore the positive impact of social dance teaching on the personality factors of college students. The results showed that there was a significant improvement in music group sex, stability, strength, constant sex, self-discipline and stress, which indicated that teaching of ballroom dancing helped to improve the mental health of college students. From the angle of sociological interaction, this paper discusses the reason why ballroom dancing teaching affects college students’ personality factors.
