目的建立此种麦杞西洋参饮料中人参皂苷Rb1的含量测定方法。方法 HPLC法。流动相:乙腈-水-磷酸(28:72:0.1)。检测波长为203nm;柱温40℃。结果人参皂苷Rb1含量在0.4695-2.3476mg/ml之间呈良好线性,平均回收率为98.0%,RSD=1.7%(n=5)。结论方法可靠,简单可行,为控制麦杞西洋参饮料的内在质量提供了科学依据。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of ginsenoside Rb1 in this kind of wheat ginseng beverage. Methods HPLC method. Mobile phase: acetonitrile-water-phosphoric acid (28: 72: 0.1). Detection wavelength of 203nm; column temperature 40 ℃. Results The ginsenoside Rb1 showed a good linearity between 0.4695-2.3476mg / ml with an average recovery of 98.0% and RSD 1.7% (n = 5). Conclusion The method is reliable, simple and feasible, and provides a scientific basis for controlling the intrinsic quality of American ginseng beverage.
