目的:检测肾细胞癌组织中人造血相关的PBX相互作用蛋白质(HPIP)的表达,研究其表达水平与肿瘤临床病理特征及临床转归的相关性。方法:收集62例肾细胞癌患者资料和手术标本,平均随访时间41.2个月,应用免疫组化方法检测HPIP在肾细胞癌组织中的表达情况,将肿瘤分期、分级、转移、生存率等临床病理资料与HPIP表达水平进行相关性分析。结果:在肾细胞癌中,HPIP的表达水平与非肿瘤组织相比显著增加,并且与肿瘤的转移(P<0.001)、存活率(86.2%vs.72.7%,P<0.005)存在相关性;HPIP表达水平在不同年龄、性别、手术方式组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。单变量分析显示HPIP的表达水平对肾细胞癌的发展和预后具有预测意义。结论:HPIP的高表达与肾细胞癌的进展呈正相关,检测HPIP的表达水平可用于肾癌的分期、分级及预后判断。
OBJECTIVE: To detect the expression of human hematopoietic-related protein PBX (HPIP) in renal cell carcinoma and to investigate its correlation with clinical and pathological features and clinical outcome. Methods: Data of 62 patients with renal cell carcinoma and surgical specimens were collected. The average follow-up time was 41.2 months. The expression of HPIP in renal cell carcinoma was detected by immunohistochemistry. Univariate analysis showed that the expression level of HPIP had a predictive value for the development and prognosis of renal cell carcinoma. The detection of the expression of HPIP can be used for staging, grading and prognosis of renal cell carcinoma.
