目的:为了了解大兴区食品中沙门菌、0157:H7、金黄色葡萄球菌、单增李斯特菌、空肠弯曲菌、副溶血弧菌的污染状况,确定上述致病菌对人们生活存在的潜在危害,为食源性疾病的检测、预防、预警乃至控制能力提供科学依据。方法:依据北京市食品污染物监测网工作手册进行。结果:共采集生肉、熟肉制品、生牛奶、速冻生、熟制品、水产品等样品200件,检出致病菌18株,其中包括沙门菌1株,单增李斯特菌9株,金黄色葡萄球菌7株,副溶血弧菌1株,总检出率为9.0%。结论:大兴区市售食品中存在致病菌污染的危险,尤其是生奶、生肉污染较重,水产品、熟肉制品也有不同程度的污染。
Objective: In order to understand the contamination status of Salmonella, 0157: H7, Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria monocytogenes, Campylobacter jejuni and Vibrio parahaemolyticus in food in Daxing District and to determine the potential hazards of the pathogen to people’s life , To provide a scientific basis for the detection, prevention, early warning and even control of food-borne diseases. Methods: Based on the Beijing Food Contaminant Monitoring Network Work Manual. Results: A total of 200 samples of raw meat, cooked meat, raw milk, quick-frozen raw, cooked products, aquatic products were collected and 18 pathogens were detected, including 1 Salmonella, 9 Listeria monocytogenes, Staphylococcus aureus 7, Vibrio parahaemolyticus 1, the total detection rate was 9.0%. Conclusion: There is a risk of pathogen contamination in the foodstuffs marketed in Daxing District, especially the raw milk and raw meat, and the aquatic products and cooked meat products have different levels of pollution.
