西德ASEA机器人公司近来研制了一种机器人激光焊缝寻位跟踪器。可用于电弧焊及电阻焊,等离于弧切割等加工的枪体寻位工作。 寻位器包括一个激光传感器,一个和S_2控制器、机器人配套的微处理机。它特别适用于0.76mm薄板焊接和短小或加工周期极短的焊缝的寻位工作。
West Germany ASEA Robotics recently developed a robotic laser weld tracking. Can be used for arc welding and resistance welding, plasma arc cutting and other processing of the body to find the job. The positioner includes a laser sensor, a microprocessor coupled with the S_2 controller and the robot. It is particularly suitable for 0.76mm sheet welding and short or short processing cycle of the search position.
