2012年11月1日至2日,新闻出版总署出版管理司和中国版本图书馆在贵阳召开了2012年度全国书号、条码、CIP管理工作座谈会。来自各省、自治区、直辖市新闻出版局出版管理处和部分出版社的负责同志120余人参加了会议。会上,新闻出版总署出版管理司副司长朱启会作了重要讲话。朱启会副司长总结了今年以来出版管理司的重点工作,对进一步加强书号、条码、CIP的管理提出了意见和要求,强调应通过书号、条码、CIP的发放实现管理工作的关口前移。各出版单位要严格落实三审制,认真做好重大选题备案,健全审读机构,加强审读力量,
From November 1 to November 2, 2012, the Publishing Management Department of the General Administration of Press and Publication and the Chinese version of the library held a forum on the national book numbering, bar code and CIP management in 2012 in Guiyang. More than 120 responsible comrades from the Press Administration of Press and Publication Administration of various provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government and part of the publishing houses attended the meeting. At the meeting, Zhu Qihui, deputy director of the Publishing Management Department of the General Administration of Press and Publication made an important speech. Deputy Director Zhu Qihui summarized the key work of the Publishing Management Division since the beginning of this year and put forth his opinions and requirements on further strengthening the management of book numbers, bar codes and CIPs. He emphasized that the key points of management should be advanced through the issuance of book numbers, bar codes and CIPs. Each publishing unit shall strictly implement the system of third instance, conscientiously do a good job in archiving major topics, improve the institution for the examination, strengthen the reading force,
