2004年底,周庆丰先生从广东健力宝集团工会主席及人力资源总监位置上卸任,不久之后来到广州市黄埔东区人力资源公司担任总经理一职。在实业型公司十几年中积累的企业管理和人力资源管理经验,使得他最终由一名工程机械研究人员转型为人力资源管理专家。在谈到为什么会完成这样一种转变时,周庆丰说,作为一名人力资源管理工作者,可以分享到员工成功的快乐,员工个人的成功,也就是自己最大的成功。
At the end of 2004, Mr. Zhou Qingfeng stepped down from the position of labor union chairman and human resources director of Guangdong Jianlibao Group, and shortly after he came to the position of general manager of Guangzhou Huangpu Eastern Human Resources Company. His experience in business management and human resources management accumulated over a decade in industrial companies led him to eventually transform himself into a human resource management expert from a construction machinery researcher.
