我国企业资产证券化的国际运作虽然处于萌芽状态，但是已经具备了相当规 模可证券化的资产，并且资产证券化对我国企业的发展有着重要的意义，应 该大力推广。由于国内不具备大规模开展资产证券化的条件，所以进行资产 证券化的国际运作将成为我国开展资产证券化的切入点，并具有较为广阔的 发展空间。
Although the international operation of asset securitization in our country is under its infancy, it already possesses a considerable amount of securitized assets, and asset securitization is of great significance to the development of Chinese enterprises and should be vigorously promoted. As the domestic conditions do not have a large-scale asset securitization, so the international operation of asset securitization will become China’s entry point for asset securitization, and has a broader space for development.
