目的:研究加味瓜蒌薤白汤不同提取液抗凝和耐缺氧作用。方法:研究加味瓜蒌薤白汤水提液和醇提液对小鼠凝血时间和心肌缺血小鼠耐缺氧时间的影响。结果:两种提取液均能显著延长小鼠凝血时间和常压耐缺氧时间,与生理盐水组对比有显著差异(P<0.05),醇提液组的作用优于水提液组。结论:加味瓜蒌薤白汤醇提液和水提液均有抗凝和耐缺氧作用,醇提液药效优于水提液,采用乙醇提取为佳。
Objective: To study the anticoagulant and hypoxia-resistance of different extracts of Jiawei Gualoubai Decoction. Methods: The effects of water extracts and alcohol extracts of Jiawei Kuaibai Decoction on the clotting time of mice and the hypoxic tolerance time of myocardial ischemia in mice were studied. Results: Both extracts could significantly prolong the clotting time and tolerance to hypoxia at normal pressure, which was significantly different from that of saline group (P<0.05). The alcohol extract group was superior to the water extract group. Conclusion: The alcohol extracts and water extracts of Jiawei Gualoubai Decoction all have anticoagulant and anoxic effects. Alcohol extracts are better than water extracts, and ethanol extraction is better.
