山东省青岛无棣四路小学始建于1946年,2000年随着城市东迁,生源构成发生了本质改变:目前,学校有教学班15个,学生近600人,其中外来娃占总数的90%,多来自偏远地区。针对这一情况,学校积极调整教育策略,创造性地实施“悦纳”教育,并全面落实于学校的教育教学工作中,让每一个外来儿童都能得到全方位的关爱和接纳,引导其从内心深处悦纳自己、悦纳家庭、悅纳社会。全体教职员工在社会各界的关心支持下踏上了“悦纳”教育的实践历程,积极探索“悦纳”思想支撑下的“平等、博爱、共融”的学校管理模式。
