目的 :在桡骨超远端建立体积骨密度估计法 ,比较其在男女性间的差别 ,探讨骨大小在骨密度测量中的重要性。方法 :应用双能X射线骨密度仪对 88例 2 0岁~ 59岁人群进行前臂骨密度测量 ,利用桡骨超远端外形近似圆台的特点 ,建立体积骨密度估计法 ,并比较男女性间差别。结果 :男性桡骨超远端骨矿含量、面积骨密度大于女性 ,差异具有显著性意义(P <0 0 1 ) ,而估计的体积骨密度差异不显著。结论 :测量比较骨密度时宜充分考虑骨大小的影响。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a volumetric bone mineral density estimation method in the ulnar radius distal to compare the difference between male and female, and to explore the importance of bone size in bone mineral density measurement. Methods: The forearm bone mineral density was measured in 88 cases of 20-year-old to 59-year-olds using dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry. According to the characteristics of the approximate shape of the truncated cone in the distal distal radius, volumetric bone mineral density estimation was established. . Results: The bone mineral density and bone mineral density in the distal radius of the male were higher than those in the female, the difference was significant (P <0.01), but the difference of the estimated bone mineral density was not significant. Conclusion: When comparing bone mineral density, it is appropriate to consider the effect of bone size.
