At present, the economic community is conducting lively discussions on how to use economic means to strengthen the management of enterprises and increase revenues and reduce expenditure, and has proposed various methods. Recently, we tried to find out a cost-of-work dry method for the workshop. This approach is to pack the production value and cost indicators into the workshop. To extract bonuses from the standard salary according to the over-production rate and the cost reduction rate, if the number of non-enveloped persons is not enough, the base salary will be deducted accordingly.
