民国中期,随着政治现代化进程的加快,国家对于社会整合力量的加强,各地商会的权力、地位乃至市政角色均不同程度地发生了变化,汉口商会也不例外。目前,学界对于民国中期汉口商会内部组织有所研究,但对于该时期汉口商会的内部组织、经济职能、1931年中赈济水灾的活动及在抗战中的政治态度有较深入的研究,但是缺少从纵向上的对商会权力、地位及市政角色变化方面的梳理。~([1])有鉴于此,本文将在这方面进行简要的论析。
