采用工具式预应力钢筋振动砖墙板结构是实行墙体技术改革的有效措施之一。我局自1974年以来对这种新型墙板的结构形式、特点、生产工艺流程以及预应力多孔大型楼板等进行了科研试验,并在一栋宿舍工程上试点,做了初步的总结。为了进一步试验推广这项科研成果,75年开始将这种结构形式运用到住宅建筑上去,做了一套五层楼试建住宅的设计(第一方案)。在吸取施工单位及各方面的意见后,又进行了修改,做出了第二方案。
The adoption of tool-type prestressed steel vibrating brick wall slab structure is one of the effective measures to implement the wall technology reform. Since 1974, the Bureau has conducted scientific research on the structure, characteristics, production process flow, and pre-stressed porous large-scale floor slabs of this new type of wallboard, and piloted it in a dormitory project, and made a preliminary summary. In order to further test and popularize this scientific research achievement, this structure form was applied to residential buildings in 75 years, and a set of five-story building houses were designed (first plan). After drawing on the construction unit and the opinions of various parties, it was revised and a second plan was made.
