目的用光学显微镜观察椭圆食粉螨主要发育期的形态特征。方法采集一面粉厂的面粉灰尘样品,分离孳生螨,纯化后清洗,制备标本玻片,光学显微镜下观察椭圆食粉螨主要发育期的形态特征。结果光镜下见椭圆食粉螨雄性成螨呈白色,有光泽;螯肢粗壮,足4对,均呈深棕色;体椭圆,背上着生4对刚毛。肛门两侧着生1对圆形的肛门吸盘,其前方着生一对肛前毛。肛门后着生3对肛后毛。雌性成螨肛门孔周围有肛毛4对,肛后毛2对。幼螨足3对,后半体发育不完全,外生殖器尚未发育,有1对长的肛后毛。卵椭圆形,白色或乳白色,半透明。结论用光学显微镜能够清晰观察到椭圆食粉螨的主要发育期的形态特征,可为该螨的形态学鉴定提供实验依据。
Objective To observe the morphological characteristics of the main developmental stages of Oryza sativa by optical microscopy. Methods A flour dust sample was collected from a flour mills. The mites were separated and purified. After purification, the specimens were prepared and their morphological features were observed under a light microscope. Results The light microscope, see Oval pink mite male adult mites was white, shiny; chests limbs stout, full 4 pairs, were dark brown; body oval, abaxially with 4 pairs of bristles. The anus on both sides of a pair of round anus suction cup, in front of a pair of anus before the hair. Anus after the students 3 pairs of anal hair. Female anal mites around the anal hole 4 pairs of anal hair 2 pairs. 3 pairs of young mite foot, the latter half of the body is not fully developed, the external genitalia have not yet developed, there is a pair of long anal hair. Egg oval, white or milky, translucent. Conclusions The morphological characteristics of Erythrina mites in the main developmental stages can be clearly observed with light microscope, which can provide experimental evidence for the morphological identification of mites.
