本文报告对250例乳腺肿块的近红外光扫描图像进行计算机伪彩色处理,用多波段彩色合成技术将每一波段的密度变化以三种形式的伪彩色反映出来,使伪彩色处理图象在整体与局部密度差别、病灶的层次感、密度不均匀性、血管支配区的显示等四个方面优于原图像,经过x2检验(P<0.005)。纠正了9例因原片显示密度较均匀而导致的误诊,13例原片未能明确显示恶性肿块的灰影而导致误诊。结论:计算机伪彩色处理的近红外光扫描图像的质量优于原图像质量,从而提高近红外光扫描诊断乳腺肿瘤的符合率,该技术有较大的临床应用价值。
This paper reports on the pseudo-color image processing of near-infrared light scanning images of 250 breast masses. Using the multi-band color synthesis technology, the density changes of each band are reflected in three forms of pseudo-color, so that the pseudo-color image is processed in the whole And the local density difference, the level of the lesion, the density of non-uniformity, the display area of vascular control is superior to the original four images, after x2 test (P <0.005). Correct nine cases of misdiagnosis due to the more uniform density of the original film, 13 cases of original film failed to clearly show the gray shadow of malignant mass and lead to misdiagnosis. CONCLUSION: The quality of NIRS images processed by computer pseudo-color processing is better than the original image quality, which can improve the coincidence rate of NIRS in the diagnosis of breast tumors. This technique has great clinical value.
