In the face of the new environment of internationalization, diversification and openness, the cultivation of students’ qualities in higher vocational colleges needs to break through the traditional mode of thinking and advocate new concepts of education, management, service co-ordination, integration and interaction, establish information sharing and participate together, Mutual cooperation, focusing on the new mechanism of limitation.
