把云南建设成为中国面向西南开放的桥头堡,成为中国对外开放的区域中心,则需要大量高层次、职业化、复合型的专业翻译人才。翻译硕士(MTI)就是要培养中国对外开放急需的高层次、应用型高级翻译专门人才。本文探索了如何建立以云南桥头堡建设为导向的翻译硕士(MTI)的人才培养模式,以及如何以桥头堡建设为契机加强本地高校的翻译硕士(MTI)学科建设。
Building Yunnan into a bridgehead for China’s opening up to the southwest and becoming a regional center for opening up to the outside world requires a large number of professional translators of high-level, professional and complex skills. The Master of Translation (MTI) is to train high-level and applied senior translators who are in urgent need of opening up to the outside world. This essay explores how to set up a talent training model for MTI with Yunnan bridgehead construction as a guideline and how to strengthen MTI discipline construction in local universities with the opportunity of building bridgeheads.
