文章第一部分对于国家加大对教育的资金投入充实了学校对综合素质教育的投入进行了可行性研究,主要内容包括组建铜管乐队成为可能、加大专业老师的引进、建立专门的音乐训练场地。文章第二部分探讨了铜管乐团在学校当中存在问题,这部分内容包括建立家长对管乐器的了解从而支持小孩的学习、合理安排学习乐器时间、教学的规范性与提高学生积极学习管乐器的关系。文章第三部分指出,建立完善的比赛制度研究通过完善的比赛制度,学校之间会加强竞争,从而增加学校的知名度与影响力。
