Although Tb ~ (3+) emission at room temperature in TbP_5O_4 was reported about 20 years ago, no one can detect the Tb ~ (3+) emission at room temperature in other Tb ions until today. And large size and high quality TbP_5O_4 crystal is difficult to prepare. Recently, however, M.
