“导生制”普通话学习模式能够搭建普通话口语交际的平台,弥补课堂训练时间不足的缺憾;能缓解学习者的焦虑情绪;能在正确的方音方法的指导下纠正业已形成的不良发音定势,是规范少数民族高师生普通话语音,提高少数民族高师生普通话口语表达能力的好办法。实施“导生制”普通话学习模式,要注重导生的选拔,加强老师对导生所开展的普通话口语训练活动的指导和管理。
“Guide ” Putonghua learning mode can build a platform for mandarin colloquial communication to make up for shortcomings in class training time; ease learners’ anxiety; can correct already formed bad pronunciation under the correct method of phonetic transcription It is a good way to standardize the pronunciation of Putonghua in ethnic minority teachers and students and to improve the ability of minority teachers in their spoken Mandarin. The implementation of “guide system ” mandarin learning mode, we should pay attention to the selection of students, to strengthen the guidance and management of mandarin speaking training conducted by the teacher.
