综合热网络法和有限元软件Ansys的优势,建立一种航空发动机附件机匣热分析计算方法。用Fortran语言开发基于热网络法的附件机匣内部元件热分析模块,用APDL语言开发基于有限元软件Ansys的壳体热分析模块,2个模块之间存在数据交换和迭代联算。通过对某航空发动机附件机匣进行热分析计算,获得附件机匣的温度场分布、生热量以及润滑油出口温度,说明了该计算方法应用于附件机匣热分析计算的可行性。
Based on the advantages of the thermal network method and the finite element software Ansys, a thermal analysis and calculation method for aeroengine attachment case is established. The Fortran language was used to develop thermal analysis module based on thermal network method. The thermal analysis module based on finite element software Ansys was developed by using APDL language. There was data exchange and iterative calculation between two modules. Through the thermal analysis and calculation of the casing of an aeroengine attachment, the temperature field distribution, the heat generation and the oil outlet temperature of the casing of the attachment are obtained, which shows the feasibility of the calculation method applied to the thermal analysis of the casing of the attachment.
