通过常温干态、常温湿态、高温干态、高温湿态四种环境条件下,对5种国产碳纤维与T300碳纤维复合材料进行纵向拉伸试验,采用宏微观相结合的方法,从数据表现、宏观形貌以及微观形貌(电镜扫描照片)三个方面对其失效模式和损伤机理进行了研究.结果表明国产纤维复合材料虽然在拉伸性能上基本能超越T300复合材料,但是其失效模式却不尽相同,特别是由于界面性能的不同而造成的失效模式的差异尤为明显.因此,国产碳纤维复合材料要得到更为广阔的应用,还需进一步改进其界面性能.
Four kinds of domestic carbon fiber and T300 carbon fiber composites were longitudinally stretched under four kinds of environmental conditions, such as room temperature dry state, normal temperature wet state, high temperature dry state and high temperature wet state. The method of combining macro and micro, Macroscopic morphology and microstructure (SEM) were used to study the failure mode and damage mechanism.The results show that although the domestic fiber composite material can basically surpass T300 composite material in tensile properties, the failure mode The difference of failure mode caused by different interfacial properties is particularly obvious.Therefore, it is necessary to make the domestic carbon fiber composites more widely used and to further improve their interfacial properties.
