本试验对甘薯“胜利百号”的块根成长发育过程进行了研究,获得的主要结果归结如下: 1.甘薯在生育初期的一段时间里,主要是生长茎叶,陕西关中的气候条件下自扦插之日(5月13日)到7月底以前是茎叶增长最旺盛的时期,但由9月上旬以后,茎叶生长不但无明显增加,反而有所减少。当地上部生长构成一定量的光合器官后,块根才迅速成长,自7月底至9月15日以前是块根成长增重最快的时期。夏薯茎叶与块根的生长趋势基本上与春薯有相同的规律,唯时期推迟,以致产量低于春薯。 2.块根在成长过程中体积膨大与物质累积间存在着一定的关系;前期块根的容重小、干物量少,表明块根体积膨大的速度高于物质累积,但到生长后期则显示以物质累积为主而体积膨大速度减缓。 3.同一株甘薯上三极块根在成长过程中,从其绝对重量的增加和块根体积的膨大量来看,大块根比中、小型块根居先,显然大块根占有有利的成长因素。 4.对三极块根中水分、可溶性糖及淀粉含量的变化做了分析。在接近收获时期块根中所发生的糖量加增与淀粉量加增与淀粉量减少的变化,主要受气温降低的影响,这一影响在大块根和小块根间有所不同。
In this experiment, the process of tuber growth and development of sweet potato “Victory 100” was studied. The main results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. In the process of growing the triode root tuber of the same sweetpotato, from the increase of its absolute weight and the enlargement of tuberous root volume, the root tuberous root tuberous root first, apparently, the tuberous root occupy the favorable growth factor. The changes of water, soluble sugar and starch content in the tripolar root were analyzed. The increase of sugar content in root tuber near the harvest time was related to the increase of starch content and the decrease of starch content, which was mainly affected by the decrease of air temperature. The effect was different between large roots and small roots.
