随着市场经济和改革开放的不断深入,对高水平专业翻译人员的需求越来越迫切;而随着市场需求的上升,翻译人才的培养已经逐渐脱离外语教学而自成体系,有效地培养出了一批能够为社会经济发展服务的专业人才。鉴于此,需要正视我国现阶段所存在翻译人员专业不强和文化素养欠缺等方面的问题及其原因,进一步分析翻译课程建设和多元文化人才培养的基本思路,并从课程设置、师资建设、教学方式优化等方面进行相关优化策略的探究,以培养出具有多元文化背景和高素质的专业翻译人才。
