勘察设计企业分支机构财务风险防控初探

近年来,随着国内交通、水利等基础设施投资力度的加大,勘察设计市场需求不断增加,越来越多的勘察设计企业通过设立异地分支机构成功开拓了区外市场,带来了良好的经济效益和社会效益。但同时,由于分支机构人员构成相对复杂,经营模式较为灵活,管理基础相对薄弱,在项目质量、进度、财务管理等诸多方面往往存在较大风险。本文结合勘察设计企业实际,探讨非独立法人分支机构主要财务风险及其防控措施,努力防范和降低相关财务风险,从而实现勘察设计企业稳健发展。 In recent years, with the increase of investment in infrastructure such as transportation and water conservancy, the demand for survey and design market has been continuously increasing. More and more survey and design enterprises have succeeded in opening up the overseas market through the establishment of off-site branches, resulting in a good Economic and social benefits. However, at the same time, branch offices are relatively complicated in terms of their composition, more flexible business models and relatively weaker management bases, and there is often a great risk in terms of project quality, schedule and financial management. Based on the reality of survey and design enterprises, this paper explores the major financial risks of non-independent legal person branches and their prevention and control measures to prevent and reduce the related financial risks so as to realize the steady development of survey and design enterprises.
