Objective: To investigate the predictive nursing of early complications after TCS. Methods: One hundred and fifty-five TCS patients were randomly divided into observation group (58 cases) and control group (57 cases). Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care. The observation group was given prospective nursing care for the patients with cerebrospinal fluid leakage and lower extremity sensory abnormalities. Results: The observation group was superior to the control group in respect of nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction, and reduced the incidence of cerebrospinal fluid leakage, micturition abnormalities, defecation abnormalities, pressure ulcers and lower extremity sensory abnormalities, with significant difference between the two groups The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Predictive care based on the principle of first aid and prevention after treatment not only reduces the occurrence of early complications after TCS, but also improves the overall quality of care and improves patient compliance and nursing satisfaction.
