随着改革开放步伐的加快,广大职工群众的思想空前活跃,各种思想认识问题大量产生;企业群体与群体、个人与群体以及人与人之间的关系中也经常产生各种矛盾。这些都呼唤着我们在坚持必要的系统的政治教育的同时,必须注重加强经常性的思想工作。使得思想政治工作真正贴近实际,贴近群众,贴近具体问题,真正发挥“活血化瘀”的作用。发扬党的各级组织开展经常性思想工作的优良传统,总结新形势下企业做好经常性思想工作的新鲜经验,推动基层经常性思想工作不断改革创新,建立和完善一种适应形势发展的崭新的经常性思想工作机制,是我们开设《经常性思想工作》专栏的宗旨。《经常性思想工作》是本刊容量较大的一个栏目,包括“工作集锦”、“兵头将尾”、“酸甜苦辣”、“一线呼声”四个方面内容。“工作集锦”主要反映基层各级组织、各类干部、共产党员、思想工作骨干做好经常性思想工作的方法、经验和体会,力求突出特色;“兵头将尾”侧重反映怎样当好班组长和班组思想工作的经验和体会;“酸甜苦辣”反映广大政工干部在工作中的追求、心愿、苦衷和困惑;“一线呼声”反映基层职工思想动向以及广大职工对思想政治工作的评价、要求和希望。望大家积极提供内容新颖、形式活泼,及时准确地反映基层经常性思想工作探索和成果的稿件,协助我们办好这个专栏。
