目的:优选制备降脂利肝颗粒的最佳提取工艺条件。方法:采用多因素正交试验设计方法对制备降脂利肝颗粒的30%乙醇提取法的提取工艺条件进行优选,以浸膏得率、甘草酸含量为考察指标,以提取次数、提取时间、提取溶剂倍数为考察因素,每个因素选3个水平按照L9(34)正交表进行实验。结果:优选出最佳工艺条件为:提取次数为3次,提取时间为1 h,加8倍量30%乙醇。结论:经过对制剂工艺的系统研究,首次确定了制备降脂利肝颗粒的最佳提取工艺条件。
Objective: To optimize the preparation conditions for the preparation of Jiangzhiligan granules. Methods: The extraction process conditions of 30% ethanol extraction method of preparation of Jiangzhiligan granules were optimized by multi-factor orthogonal experimental design method. Taking extraction yield and glycyrrhizic acid content as indexes, the extraction times, extraction time, Extraction solvent multiples of the factors considered, each factor selected three levels in accordance with L9 (34) orthogonal test table. Results: The optimum conditions were as follows: the number of extraction was 3 times, the extraction time was 1 h, plus 8 times the amount of 30% ethanol.
